The conference will take plase in Moscow from 20 to 25 June 2008. The conference program will include several sessions with oral presentations and a number of extensive poster sessions.
Invited speakers giving keynote talks and overview lectures include |
Nobel prize winners Gerald Edelman, Daniel Kahneman, as well as Marc Hauser, George Lakoff, Michael Tomasello, Anne Treisman, Stella Vosniadou and others.
Some of the lectures will be named in honor of such outstanding students of cognition, brain and development as Lev Vygotsky and Alexander Luria.
In addition to regular sessions, the conference program will include several interdisciplinary workshops, each devoted to a specific topic or problem. The list of workshop topics is forthcoming
The working languages of the Conference are English and Russian. The Organizing Committee plans to provide simultaneous interpreting at each session.
The conference program will be completed in March, 2008.
A sightseeing program will be offered to conference participants.
